Welcome, and thank you for joining us for our first company blog post. We are so happy you've found us! We are in the midst of revamping our website and the first thing on the plate is letting everyone know what we're up to.

Our current projects are a nice mix of commercial and residential projects from around the city. Today the spotlight will be on the commercial projects, a hair salon Downtown Pittsburgh, and a church expansion in Wilkinsburg. Brett James Hair Salon is relocating from a loft on Penn Avenue to a ground level storefront on 6th Street. This is our third renovation for Mr. James (we love repeat clients!) and we can't wait to see him in his new space! Redeemed Christian Church of God is our other commercial project in the works right now. The church currently operates out of one space, and they've purchased the building next to it as well as the lot on the other side of their new building. New is a bit of a misleading statement, as it is in the historic district of Wilkinsburg on Penn Avenue. It's quite an old building that was previously a mechanics shop. The rough-in framing is complete, the HVAC set, and we're in the process of putting in the electrical components. It's really starting to take shape! Eventually, the two buildings will be joined together on the interior. This will enable the congregation to grow and be an even bigger presence in the community. We are excited to see how their outreach programs grow once this project is completed!
